[IRCA] New Country heard on ULR from Newfoundland last night

Hello To All

Good conditions last evening with the K Index at Zero which resulted in a new country, station, and Latin heard for both Dianne and I . 

A couple of times in the past we had noticed a signal on 1220 that seemed to be in Portugeuse which had never stayed in long enough to ID until last night. 

Radio Globo from Rio De Janeiro in Brazil with an amazingly strong signal despite our local next door on 1210. It becomes Country # 75 for Allen and country # 38 heard for Dianne
