[IRCA] ULR DX.......ONE NEW STATION on 1520 Khz while WWKB was off the air last night.....................

Hi Guys:

   Thanks to the WWKB Maintenance last night after 2200 EST, I was able 
to Log 1 New Station on 1520 Khz. Also had a presumed Relog.

One New Station is better than a kick in the head...so I'll be happy 
with that!!!
