[IRCA] KUOM-770 still on day power

 770  KUOM  MN Minneapolis - 1/16 1800-1828 ELT Very good, crushing WABC at 
times with mix of electronica, house music, 

                        and alternative rock from what sounds like mostly indie 
label artists.  Several "Radio K" slogan IDs from a male DJ
                        throughout and a weather forecast at 1828 that mentioned 
"11 degrees" and "the University of Minnesota".  Forgot 

                        to power down, they did.  (RD-NE)
