[IRCA] Strong SS station on 800 help?

Hey all:

There is a strong Spanish station that sounds like it
may be Mexican, dunno.  It fades in and out, and can
be quite strong at times over KPDQ and Penticton, but
no ID info after numerous fade-ups the past few
nigths.  Beam is to the south, maybe SSE.  Any clues?
 It's barreling in as I type this...
