It was KNOM after all. They gradually drifted away from the motor
vehicle theme, ending up with a jazz version of Little Drummer Boy just
before the legal ID at 0900. It's now dominating with weather, a nice
ID, and into a retro AT-40 show at 0905. I knew KNOM played lots of
non-religious music, but this time the songs were a bit farther afield
than I expected.

There's a station on 780 right now (0824 UTC) running nonstop oldies
songs about cars & motorcycles (Leader of the Pack, Hot Rod Lincoln,
Born to be Wild, etc), mixing with WBBM on the NE lobe of the K9AY.
KKOH is dominant with CtC on the SE lobe so not them, and the music
would be a bit out of character for KNOM. Haven't heard an ID yet.
Is anyone else getting it? It's been fading in and out, with good
strength on peaks.
