[IRCA] TP for the real 8 Dec from Victoria, BC.

I'm getting my templates mixed up...this is the "real" 8 December, the last one submitted was actually 7 December, if anyone is keeping count, hi.       Actually,  on 8 December I needed to go to work early, so listening was at 1320 and 1400UT, and actually, conditions weren't bad...not too exciting, but not  the recent disgusting...

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

594 JOAK (lowish level, but clear on this open channel)
774 JOUB


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB
828 JOBB

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

1287 JOHR at 1400


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

639 CNR-1 //6030 at 1401UT
954 JOKR w/JJ inflected talk
972 likely HLCA
1566 HLAZ

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

855 off channel, 1053, 1116, 1251, 1323, 1575
