[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 11/21/10

There wasn't much to be heard here as far as TP signals are concerned.  Barely audible JJ talk was heard on 594 and 693 kHz around sunrise (1313 UTC).  The only other signal were hets on 774 and 828 kHz.

I hope you had a better time hearing something this morning.
