[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 11/20/10

Reception of TP signals was slightly improved from yesterday.  I listened at 1137-1324 UTC hearing hets on 567, 594, 657, 702, 747, 828, 873 (faint) and 972 (strong).  There was audio fading in and out from JOUB 774 and JOAK 593.  Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with 7.5 kHz.
