[IRCA] Another Seattle Format Change

Here's another change to the Seattle radio dial.   KLFE-1590 has 
switched to conservative talk as "Freedom 1590", a change that may have 
been inspired by KVI dropping the format earlier this month.  I first 
noticed the change on Wednesday 11/17.  KLFE's previous format had been 
a mix of brokered religion and ethnic shows, especially Russian 6 am to 
10 pm weekdays.   It will be interesting to see if the Russians show up 
on another station any time soon.
