[IRCA] Newfoundland Ultralight Trans-Atlantics Report Nov 16 from Signal Hill

Hello To All

Another trek was made on Tuesday up to Ladie's Lookout on Signal Hill with 
decent weather for another DX session prior to sunset 

Spanish stations dominated the session with nothing new logged.
Several target frequencies were also monitored including 1296,1566 and 1611.
Trans-Atlantic signals seemed to rebound with vigour from the previous evening's 
rare lathargic performance
