[IRCA] TP's in Seattle 11-11-10

TP reception was down slightly from yesterday.  The stronger stations 
were still there today.  The ones that were weak yesterday were 
generally not heard today.

The following were noted today 1359 to 1425

Relatively good audio, understandable by a native speaker for at least 
brief periods

Sort of OK audio, a few words and phrases would have been understood by 
a native speaker
