[IRCA] Newfoundland Ultralight Trans-Atlantics Report Nov 9 - 10

Greetings to All,

Trans-Atlantic propagation last night improved somewhat over the previous 
evening, however, many of common signals heard from night to night seemed to 
have another dismal performance similar to the previous evening. The majority of 
the strongest signals heard making it through came from the higher end of the 
band. French and French speaking stations were the dominators of the session as 
opposed to the usual Spanish heard. 


The Italian on 1575 khz has been an early evening visitor more often from up on 
Signal Hill than here at the home QTH. The United Arab Emirates outlet is the 
more commonly heard of the two at this location 

 
France Info on 1377 khz was apparently off for a while last night also. Reports 
from Europeindicated that Tanzaniawas audible due to this .
