Unfortunately, I wasn't listening after 14:00, but I did record several mornings for 5 minutes around 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00.  Overall, pretty dismal with very little to hear.  On the 3rd and 4th, I did hear 594, 621, 639, and 774.  On the 2nd, I heard the same, plus 657, 180, 189, and 279.  All at "7" level at best, and mostly at "6".  Not much to write home about.
