[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-30-10

It was very poor for TP's again but I did hear audio from JOIB-747 and JOUB-774 around sunrise.  Yesterday, I went out to check the antenna and found it in good shape which I knew that it would be as we have had no storms in the last week.  It sure has been a very poor year for TP's with no new stations and only a few stations in audio.
