Propagation for the most part early on last evening tended to be in the doldrums here with minimal TA's making it through and with not much of a punch, accompanied with the high noise level, the signals really didn't start improving until around 1:00 UT . By then the noise had subsided substantially and some interesting propagation took place. 
  
 531 khz - SPAIN, Radional Nacional 5  2:05 UT/19  Woman with Spanish Commentary, now stronger than Algeria 
 549 khz - ALGERIA, Alger Chaine 1 Hamadouche  22:43 UT/18 Arabic music and talk (Strongest signal ever heard from this one ) 
 684 khz - SPAIN , RNE 1 Sevilla 23:34 UT/18  Oddity on this one, no signal at all until much later 
 720 khz - GREENLAND, KNR Simuitaq  21:08 UT/18  Inuit talk (In very early to usual time ) 
 864 khz - FRANCE, France Bleue,  Paris  00:06/19  French talk and music 
 954 khz - CZECH REPUBLIC, Cesky Radio (Presumed) 2:23 UT/19 band marching music , national anthem ? (earlier start than listed) 
 963 khz - FINLAND, China Radio Relay Pori  2:21UT/19 Russian language program 
 972 khz - LIBYA, R. Jamarihiyah, Sirta  00:05 UT/19 Arabic , chants 
1089 khz -ENGLAND, Talksport Radio  3:04 UT/19  talk with Commander British Forces 
1134 khz -CROATIA, Hrvatske R. Zadar  21:00 UT/18  baltic songs, ID and Time Beeps  
1179 khz -SWEDEN, R. Seden via Solvesborg  20:40 UT/18 , woman in Swedish talk 
1251 khz -LIBYA, Voice of Africa, Tripoli  20:43 UT/18  Arabic talk 
1323 khz -GERMANY, Voice of Russia Relay (presumed) Wachenbrunn  21:01 UT/18 Russian talk 
1377 khz -FRANCE, France Info, Lille  21:04 UT/18  French talk (VERY STRONG) 
1431 khz -DJIBOUTI, R. Sawa  Arta  22:48 UT/18  Arabic talk, pop music 
1440 khz -LUXEMBOURG, China Radio Relay,  Marnach  21:05 UT/18 China Drive program in English 
1449 khz -LIBYA, Voice of the Great Homeland, Misurata  22:50 UT/18  Arabic talk (weaker tonight) 
1467 khz -FRANCE, TransWorld Radio via Romoules  21:06 UT/18  Religious talk in English  
1521 khz -SAUDI ARABIA, BSKSA, Duba  23:32 UT/18  Arabic talk (weak)  (Severe Het on Freq most of the evening )(unusual for here )
