Listened from 1322-1433 utc.  Conditions improved here this morning.  Some lower power
stations heard.  NHK1 syn. on 846 matched //594.  JOUB with armchair copy on 6 kc selectivity. 
Upper channels still down and with a lot of noise up there.  

279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1330 man with Radio Rossii ID with piano music in background.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1331 good with man/woman in Japanese.
603      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1417 weak with woman in Korean.  
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1419 from deep fade to solid S-5 signal, guy in Korean //3250.
666      JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1421 woman in Japanese, //594.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1422 fair signal and a lot of splatter from 690 //774.
702      UNKNOWN 1424 weak music between splatter crashes.  
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1322 fair to good with splatter. Radio English Conversation program.
                1408 S-9+10 db on NW ewe with no preamp used.  Chinese/Japanese lessons.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1333 fair to good signal with some fading.  //774.
846      JAPAN, JO?? NHK1 1335-1351 very weak to nearly fair at times.  Japanese //594.  My guess 
                would be JOCP since they have 5 kw and other are 1 kw or less.  Been hearing this
                for weeks, finally got the //'s to match.
873      JAPAN, JOGB NHK2 1404 weak to nearly fair signal, //774 with man in Japanese.
891      JAPAN?, 1407 to weak to check //594 with a lot of splatter from 890.
1008     UNKNOWN, 1425-1428 very weak with Asian language.
1134     CHINA/JAPAN/REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1339 a mess of stations mixing here until CKWX S-9+50 db splatter
                wipe all three out.
1323     CHINA, CRI 1412 weak fading signal with woman in Korean language (PALS).
1422     JAPAN, JORK weak at best with talk and music.
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1416 very weak with a lot of noise on channel.
