[IRCA] TP's in Seattle 10-18-10

 My experiences this morning were consistent with Nick's and not at all 
like what Gary experienced.  The TPs obviously flew high over Seattle, 
mostly out of reach of my antennas, before plopping down in Puyallup.

I mostly just had some (but not all) of the regulars at subpar strength 
here.  The upper half of the dial was completely dead, TP wise.  No 
signals were heard on 1134 1206 1287 1323 or 1566 at all today, and it 
wasn't because I didn't try.
