Listened from 1320-1339 utc.  Had to leave the dials and returned at 1425 utc and found conditions 
down from previous.  

153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1320-1322 from very weak to fair steady signal with woman in 
                 Russian.  Not this good in many weeks.
180      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1324 weak to fair and // 153.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1326 very weak // 153.  Fair at 1427.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1327 fair with some splatter and man in Japanese.
657      DPR OF KOREA,1344 weak with music and //3250.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1328 fair to almost good with splatter and //774.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1330 good with some splatter an Radio English Conversation program.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1331 fair and //774.  No splatter on this channel.
873      JAPAN, JOGB NHK2 1339 weak a few words making it through.
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1332 Good signal, much better and in weeks with man in Japanese.
