[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle 10-15-10

 It wasn't a very good morning for TP's today.  I listened 1335-1345 
and heard just a couple of piddly signals on 594 693 and maybe 747 
and/or 774.  Conditions were so mediocre that it wasn't worth writing 
them down.  Hopefully, things will be tomorrow.
