[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 10/5/10

Reception of TP signals here this morning (10/5/10) was the poorest in the past three weeks. Receiver: Modified PL-310 & 7.5 loopstick. Local sunrise at 1229 UTC. 

558  Unid het., 1224, weak, not heard earlier.
702  Unid het., 1139, clear until KSEV 700 daytime signal at 1140.
747  Probably JOIB, Sapporo J, 1225, distorted audio, KRMG 740 QRM
774  JOUB, Akita J, het 0957-1241.  NHK2 Basic English lessons heard at 1211-1215, severe QRM from nearby KSPI 780 (776 spur).
972  Probably HLCA, Dangjin KOR, variable het, 1216-1229, KCFO 970 QRM.  Not heard earlier.

TA activity was off last evening with only hets on 531, 909, 1089 and 1377.
