[IRCA] CHSC-1220 - Gone for good

Today's St. Catharines Standard reports that 1220-CHSC is now officially off the air for good.  

The CRTC had denied an application to renew the broadcasting licence of CHSC, and they were supposed to be off the air at the end of August.  Their owner, Pellpropco,  obtained an interim injunction to stay on the air while the Federal Court of Appeal considered the owner's appeal of the CRTC decision.  Apparently the Federal Court of Appeal has now denied the appearl.
