[IRCA] Re Spanish music on 1130

Mt. Angel, OR is about 289 miles from Vancouver, BC.  Vancouver is 357.4 degrees
North of Mt. Angel, OR.  KPWX signal is strongest 40 degrees to 60 degrees which is
Northeast.  I have taken pictures of KPNX towers, they look rather small when compared
to KEX's towers, but it seems that the signal gets out great.
