[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle 9-21-10

 It was another good morning today at the low end of the dial, 
especially for Alaskans and  the NHK powerhouses.  The highlight was 
hearing KCAM-790 Glenallen AK w/weather for the Copper River Valley 
briefly o/KGMI.  The upper part of the dial was sub par, with audio only 
from the usual powerhouses.
