I can receive what i think is Radio Encyclopedia on 530 some nights here in
Marion, Illinois.. the signal isn't always that clear, but it's there...
it's usually a female announcer, speaking spanish playing some soft music...
some of it American, but some of it not.

Where exactly do they transmit from and with how much power?
