[IRCA] Finding signal strength by lat/long coordinates

http://www.v-soft.com/ZipSignal/default.htm is a website that allows the user to find the strongest AM signals (in terms of field strength in dBuV/m) by typing a Zip Code into the search engine.  What I'm looking for is something that narrows it down even further -- finding the strongest AM signals at any given lat/long coordinates on planet Earth.  Does such a website exist?
