Listened from 1250-1351 utc.  A good morning here in Salmon Creek, WA
Stations are hanging on longer and not fading out at local sunrise.
Many level 5 carriers with near audio on channels that no audio has
been heard here in the past.  Would have been great morning on the 
Coast.  

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1250 S-1 signal with man/woman in Russian.
180    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1252 S-2 signal // 153.
234    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1253 S-3 signal // 153, 189.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1254 S-4 signal // 153,180,279.
558    JAPAN, JOCR 1259 weak with splatter and Japanese.
567    JAPAN, JOIK NHK1 1301 fair with woman in Japanese. 1332 still fair.
594    JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1302 weak to fair with a lot of fading.
603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA HLSA 1333 nice carrier, but weak audio.
657    DPR OF KOREA, 1304 fair signal with heavy splatter.
666    JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1334 weak with Japanese on 2nd scan through band.
693    JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1305 weak with heavy splatter.
702    Level 5 dual fluttering carriers.
729    Level 5 carrier.  No audio this morning. 
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1307 weak with man in Japanese with domestic splatter. 1336 good.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1309 fair with Japanese.
846    UNKNOWN, weak signal with Asian language.
873    JAPAN, JOGB NHK2 1311 fair signal with man in Japanese. 1337 still fair.
1044   CHINA, CRN1 1314 weak to fair signal at times.  Seemed to match 7215 kHz..
1053   KOREA'S 1316 stand off between jammer and audio station.
1134   JAPAN, JOQR 1339 fair with two ladies in Japanese.  
1143   UNKNOWN, 1318 weak audio for a few seconds, Asian language. JOBR? Back again with fair
                signal at 1341.  Man/woman in Japanese. JOBR.
1314   UNKNOWN, 1321 another with weak audio briefly. JOUF 50 kw?
1377   CHINA, CRN1? 1323 in and out for seconds at a time.  Hard to compare to // channel.
1404   Level 5 carrier another dual carrier channel.  This channel should have produced audio.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1326 weak with rapid fading.  Woman in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1327 strong signal low audio with music.  Fair audio at 1341
1575   THAILAND, VOA, 1328 weak audio, fair carrier with heavy splatter from 1570 kHz.
1584   Level 5 carrier 1329
1593   CHINA, CRN1 1331 weak with a lot of splatter.  // 6125.
