Listened from 1237-1240 utc.  Conditions picked up after 1300 utc.
Noise on the higher channels here.  Lower channels continue to produce
more signals.


153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1237-1241 steady S-3 signal with music.
189    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1305 weak S-1 signal with woman in Russian.
234    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1243 S-4 signal // 153.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1243 S-7 signal // 153.
567    JAPAN, JOIK NHK1 1315 weak in ECSS mode, heavy splatter.
594    JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1259 fair with Japanese talk. 
603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLCA  1317 weak with talk.
657    DPR OF KOREA, 1253-1258 weak at times with Korean talk. 
666    JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1318 decent carrier, but weak audio.  
696    JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1319 good signal with no splatter.  
720    UNKNOWN, dual carriers at level 5.
729    UNKNOWN, ECSS mode woman in Asian language with a lot of splatter from CHMJ.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1307 took 3 scans through the band to receive a weak signal
              with man in Japanese.  Fair 1308 with splatter.  Good at 1323 with English
              Radio Conversation Program.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1251 fair with man in Japanese with some splatter. Good at 1308.
873    JAPAN, JOGB NHK2 1325 weak with Japanese talk.
891    UNKNOWN, 1326 very weak audio. Japan? Nothing to South being heard (738).
1053   KOREA'S weak music over jammer at 1250.
1098   Level 5 carrier, why no audio? 
1134   JAPAN, JOQR 1333 weak with woman in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1246 good signal with religious music.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1330 threshold at best.  Noise on this channel.  Not as good as past seasons.
