[IRCA] 650 with NOS/Jazz?

Correct.  When I lived in Newton, MA and this station (WSRO-650) was a local, I noticed many times that they did not switch to night power (listed as 9 watts) until exactly 2 hours after local sunset.  So, they must have a PSSA.

This guy sometimes switches power somewhat late (perhaps legally with a PSSA?) 
s I've had them a few times from Grafton WI on the ENE BOGs which null WSM

It's MA, heard some Portuguese vocals ... then back to the instrumental jazz 
tuff.

  Pre-sunset here, and on east-west BOG have jazz alone on 650, more on the 
oft NOStalgia side of things. No ID between first two tunes I've heard - at 
922 EDT. Not //860 CJBC but not sure what CBF Montreal is doing... (there is a 
0-watt relay)

  Saudi audio 1521, nothing else huge yet. Very few hets.
