The Seattle area Russian station on 1710 is just a level 3 carrier here.
I recently purchase a "Talking House" transmitter at Goodwill. It works
and allows up to 90 seconds of recording on the build in recorder.

Interesting. The one in the Puget Sound on 1710 is still on tonight with
Russian music. Weak, but there off the NE EWE.
