[IRCA] TP for 2 Sep from Victoria, BC

A quick listen from 1240 to 1250UT this morning, plus another quicker listen at 1315. Pretty underwhelming, with just some of the Asian regulars making erratic appearances.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1566 HLAZ, best at 1315, and not for long

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

-----

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

828 JOBB

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 JOAK?
774 JOUB seemed //828, but pretty poor for this usual powerhouse
972 talk fading up at 1250, HLCA likely with a strong carrier, weak modulation
1287 JOHR?

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1053 (anybody know who is undermodulated here?), 1098 (DU), 1134

best wishes,

Nick
