846-2RN was only received during the exceptional morning of August 20th at  
Lincoln City during last week's ULR DXpedition, and was gone the next  two 
days. 558-Radio Fiji One (//639) and 1017-2KY also came in on that  
exceptional morning, for all-time new ULR DU's (never received previously by  John 
or me at Grayland). 
 
Actually, at the time that 846-2RN came in I was trying for 846-Radio  
Kiribati, and felt a little disappointed to receive ABC instead :-)

2RN-846 used to be a regular here back in the 80s when  cx were average
or better. They would mix with NZ a few years later. I  QSL'd them back
in the 80s.
