[IRCA] 30th Ed. NRC AM Radio Log Give-Away

With regard to my 30th edition (2009-2010) NRC AM Radio Log give-away, I
had nine DXer profess an interest in receiving this item. I assigned each
person a unique number (scribed on identical sized pieces of paper) and had
my wife choose one at random out of a hat. The winner:
