[IRCA] Hets and audio on high end of band

Quick band scan last netted no ID's but many hets on the top end of the band. Usually bellwether 1521 Saudi Arabia in very loudly last night @ approx 2200 ET with male talking and what sounded like France on 1377 with orchestral music. Many hets which I did not investigate on during mid evening.
