CHIN has not been a daytimer for many years, I believe
that they started nigh operstions in the mid 80's. Their
night power is 30 kW.

Interesting that at night you got WPTR - when I lived
in the Toronto area in the 70's the usual station on
1540 at night was KXEL Waterloo IA - even received then
on a crystal set one night.
