[IRCA] TA on the west coast???

A very faintly audible het on 1566 kHz this evening, first noted around 0450UT; with the assistance of Spectran,  it seems to be very close to 1566.0000, but somewhat smeared, as if there's a bit of Doppler shift, so I need to average the readings.

There was also something on 783, only visible with Spectran at present,  but very close to 783.0000

Last year at this time, audible carriers were heard many early summer evenings on 1566 and 783, but this is the first time this year.
