Since Oneonta's nowhere near Huntsville, this caught my eye.  Also, I work in, and live just outside of Huntsville, so wanted to investigate.  A bit of real-time monitoring finds the 97.7 channel empty here.

The application information I find is to move the station to Union Grove, which - despite what Wikipedia might say - is not Metro Huntsville.  Also, WLKD-FM is still listed along with the 1570 outlet on their website (http://www.wkld.com/).

So, nothing seems to have moved yet.
