Audio faded out around 1315 utc.  

774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1240 fair with English Conversation lessons, 
       some domestic splatter.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1246 very weak with above program. Fair at 1256.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1243 very weak. Weak at 1304.
