[IRCA] TP's for 03/24/10

Listened from 1308 to 1416 utc.  Better conditions than yesterday
morning here.  More Radio Rossii stations heard, but at weak levels.
Mostly Japanese stations and a few Chinese stations. VOA 1575 lately
has been weaker than in the past. Earlier in the season it was right
up there with HLAZ 1566 in signal strength. 

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1315 very weak with music. Fair 1337.
180    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1338 very weak.
189    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1316 just a little better signal than 
               153, man in Russian.
234    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1339 faint audio.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1318 fair with man in Russian, followed
               by music.
594    JAPAN,  JOAK NHK1 1344 weak with Japanese.
666    JAPAN,  JOBK NHK1 1346 very weak.
693    JAPAN,  JOAB NHK2 1348 weak // 774.
747    JAPAN,  JOIB NHK2 1320 fair signal, but buried in KXL splatter.
               English Conversation lessons.
774    JAPAN,  JOUB NHK2 1308-1314 fair most of the time with man in 
               Japanese. Good at 1348.
828    JAPAN,  JOBB NHK2 1324 weak to fair and // 873. Fair 1349.
873    JAPAN,  JOGB NHK2 1322 fair with English Conversation lessons.
               // 828.
1053   JAPAN,? JOAR 1327 assuming the station in weak with no jammer heard.
1134   JAPAN,  JOQR 1355 fair at best with fast talking man in Japanese.
1242   JAPAN,  JOLF 1358 fair with man/woman in Japanese.
1287   JAPAN,  JOHR 1359-1401 assuming the station with weak signal.  No 
               pips heard at TOH.
1377   CHINA,  CRNI 1335 fair with peak signal to good.  Man/woman in 
               Chinese and // 4460.
1386   JAPAN,  NHK2 1405 weak to fair signal and // 774.
1422   JAPAN,  JORF 1334 weak with music. Fair at 1406.
1503   JAPAN,  JOUK 1407 weak with woman in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ fair at 1330 with man in Japanese. Good at
               1332.  Good signal at 1408 with Chinese.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1409 very weak.
1593   CHINA,  CRN1 1410 weak with man in Chinese.
