[IRCA] TP for 23 Mar from Victoria, BC

What a difference a day makes...not an exciting morning at all. A brief listen
at 1255UT yielded a few big guns fading erratically, and there was a small lift
around 1400UT, but otherwise, a good morning to stay in bed.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

774 JOUB
1566 HLAZ, again, best before 1345 pattern change, but not too bad around 1400UT

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK
828 JOBB

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

954 likely JOKR at 1331UT
972 HLCA at 1401UT
1575 SE Asian language presumably VoA

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

873 JOGB //828 at 1403UT
1503 JOUK //594 later

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1053, 1098 DU

best wishes,

Nick
