[IRCA] TP for 13 Mar from Victoria, BC

A pretty good morning, though perhaps more in quantity of stations rather than in raw strength.      Given that signals heard were generally weaker, the erratic fading in and out was pretty noticeable.  Listened from 1400 to 1425UT, but a few of the big guns were still showing weak audio 15 or 20 minutes later.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

936 just mx, possibly Anhui?

1566 HLAZ
1575 likely VoA



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

612 JOLK  JJ talk //594, but taken over by mx which I suspect was 4QR
657 likely N Korea, raspy sounding talk; think it was //3320
873 JOGB //774
1116 4BH w/EE sounding talk at 1435UT
1188 woman talking, not //594, so S. Korea?
1242 JOLF "cuckoo" pips on the hour,  JJ talk at other times
1287 JOHR JJ talk
1332 likely JOSF w/ JJ sounding talk
1503 JOUK //594 at 1417





Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

819 distinctive N Korea hum, but talk didn't seem //3320 or 2850??
954 JJ sounding talk, likely JOKR
963 CRI fanfare and chimes at 1400UT, barely there in the murk

1386 NHK2 //774
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

738, 1044, 1098 seemed DU, 1134, 1377
