[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 3-10-10

Listened from 1325-1350 utc and conditions was a little on the strange side.  At times only a few very weak carriers were heard and than a few minutes later lots of carriers a few with audio.  This went on 3 times before local sunrise at 1347 utc.

 

279   Russia very poor at 1333 utc.

594   JOAK poor at 1334 utc.

774   JOUB poor at 1335 utc.

1556  HLAZ poor at 1344 utc.
