[IRCA] 1490 UNID Solved.....Thanks to Niel Wolfish!!

Hi Guys:

 My 1490 UNID from tonight turns out to be...WNTJ Johnstown, 
PA...thanks to Niel Wolfish for the Help!! NTJ is most likely what I 
heard...not NCJ.

And...It's a RELOG!
