Thanks Mike,
I was listening to 1570 kHz myself at the 0100 PST (0900 UTC) TOH, and
heard a Spanish station, a C/W format station, and a couple of others down in
the noise. No ID's, though, so no idea if the Spanish station is KTGE or
not. It's not unusual for low-power California stations to be fairly strong
here in western Washington, though.
