[IRCA] TP's for 02/18/09

Listened from 1415-1510 utc.  Very strange TP conditions this morning.
No audio here below 1242 kHz.  1404 with music and talk, got the recorder
running and signal fades at 1459 thru 1501 utc.  Noticed the improved audio
on HLAZ 1566.  

693    level 3 carrier.
738    level 5 carrier.
774    level 4 carrier.
828    level 4 carrier.
1008   level 4 carrier.
1107   level 3 carrier.
1116   level 4 carrier.
1134   level 5 carrier.
1242   JAPAN, JOLF 1441 fair with man/woman in Japanese. 
1251   UNKNOWN, 1442 level 6 carrier, but a lot of splatter from 1250 kHz.
1269   level 5 carrier.
1278   level 5 carrier.
1287   JAPAN, JOHR 1445 assuming the station with music, strong carrier 
              audio with domestic splatter.
1323   level 5 carriers, two stations, not enough for audio.
1386   JAPAN, NHK2 assuming NHK2 not able to check powerhouse NHK2 stations
              because they had no audio at 1451.  Woman in Japanese.
1404   JAPAN? 1452-1455 weak signal with woman in Japanese?  First time any
              here on this channel here.  US pop song at 1457. With recorder
              running the signal faded at TOH. 
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1501 weak to fair with talk, music.  
1503   JAPAN, JOUK 1504 weak with man in Japanese talking slow.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1457 Very good signal with woman in Chinese.
1575   THAILAND, VOA threshold audio at 1434.
1593   level 5 carrier.
