[IRCA] ULR DX......One NEW STATION @ SUNSET Tonight...........

Hi Guys:

  One New Station heard tonight during Sunset Skip..and this was heard
REAL EARLY...Long before it was getting dark!! This is a NEW STATION for
the ULR LOG...but a RELOG and CALL CHANGE for the OVERALL LOG.

Radio Used.............SONY SRF-T615 ULR Barefoot
