The info in the NRC Log is also incomplete, simply because the PSRA powers aren't always on the FCC's record. IIRC, those were to be "self-certified" via fax or letter by the stations as to whether or not they were using them. I don't believe that all of those paper records were ever transposed into the electronic database.
