[IRCA] Skip, skip, and more skip in today

Not a bad day for daytime skip. There is something on every X Band
channel and beyond. Even weak music on 1710, presumed to be the Russian
in the Seattle area.

1660  Two SS, presumed KTIQ & KXOL

1680  KNTS and SS under, KGED

EWE.
1710  Music, presumed the Russian
