1670   CJEU QU  Gatineau  -  12/14 2230  -  Fair under WFSM and WTDY 
with children singing Christmas carols.  Quebec #20, after being stuck 
at 19 since the Reagan administration.

Well, eleven newies in '09, up from nine in '08.  A far cry from the 
410 in '72, though, hi.
