The word is that Canada has not adopted IBOC as a standard, but Canadian FM 
stations can apply to operate it on an experimental basis.  To date, none 
have done so.  There is no such provision on the AM side, so there is no 
chance that you will hear it on CKMO or any other Canadian AM station.
