[IRCA] Radio Soleil International MA on 1710

There are 2 French Caribbean pirates on 1710 in the Boston area.  The following info is from Bruce Conti's website, www.bamlog.com.  One of these has been quite strong here on Cape Cod recently.  Not sure which one as I have not bothered to listen for an ID.  I am amazed that one of these has been heard in Europe!

1710       R.Top Inter, Hyde Park-Dorchester - 24 hr. French Caribbean, relayed on 98.9 FM.
